Trahan Macro Research is an institutional research provider to the asset management industry. The firm is concluding its first year of successful growth led by Principal and Founder Francois Trahan. Francois is the only member of the Institutional Investor Hall of Fame recognized in the category of Portfolio Strategy and has been relied upon by CIOs, Portfolio Managers and analysts across decades for his highly valued macro insight.

To properly service the expanding roster of firms interested in our research we are growing our Institutional Research Salesforce.

Our sales model is high touch and requires client contact post our weekly research publication from an experienced desk.

We are interested in salespeople that embody the model of proactive outreach and can foster a “consultative” relationship with sophisticated investors. Clients vary by size, investment style and focus. How any one piece of research is relevant to them differs and requires experienced salespeople to communicate what can be most helpful.

Job Requirements
3-5 years sales experience, preferably in Institutional Research Sales, required.
Demonstrated success in ramping client revenue in an assigned territory.
Previous “sell side” experience preferred but candidates with relevant “buy side” experience will be considered.
